Introducing Lucky! He is a wonderful 3 year old sheltie that came into our rescue last week. He lived in one loving home his entire life, however, circumstances have changed and his family loved him enough to entrust him to LOCS rescue. He is currently living with his foster family and is doing very well. He is playing catch and learning to walk on a leash. Lucky has been a lucky dog.
