Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Taz has been at THR for over 3 months now. He is a small 40 pound, 2 year old husky.
Taz has settled in very well and has turned into a GREAT dog! I'll be the first to admit, he was a HANDFUL at first. But with time, some basic training and lots of love, Taz has come a LONG way since he first got here.
Taz is a true ladies man as all the female huskies (Shy, Diana, Jill and Sarah) that have come through since he's been here have all LOVED Taz. He has loved playing with all of them and would do best in home with another female dog. He has shown some aggression towards some male dogs, but has gotten along fine with the resident Pitsky, Koa.
Taz will need a home with someone who is PATIENT and UNDERSTANDING of his needs. Time to adjust is what Taz needs most and if you're willing to do this, you will be rewarded with an awesome little buddy. He's honestly become an "easy" dog to have around now that he's in a routine. He has attached himself to me and goes everywhere I go. So please know he will miss me at his new home, but will also attach himself to you, if you are willing to give him the time to do so.
He is neutered, UTD on shots and microchipped. His adoption fee is $200.
Please feel free to message me with any questions. I'd be happy to set up any meet and greets if you are serious about adding Taz to your family.
-No kids under 14
-Someone who is around most of the day, works from home, can take Taz to work, retired or alternating schedules
-A secure yard
-Please know, he has had one seizure since being at THR, but has not had one in over a month
