My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Giselle is a 1 - 2 year old calico who started off as a stray in a tiny area off Hwy 5 hours south of here. She then suffered an injury to a front leg and survived limping around on 3 legs for 2-3 months, mostly eating leftovers from McDonalds where kindly employees felt bad for her. She was finally taken in by rescue group last May. She is now spayed and the injury to her front leg was too severe and too old to be repaired so her leg had to be amputated. But, she gets along great on 3 legs.
She is great with other cats and comfortable with the resident dogs. She was very shy with people initially ut has made tremendous progress lately and, at home where she is comfortable, she is an affectionate and snuggly companion. She will need some time to settle in to a new family but is turning into a fabulous cat.
