ORIGINAL BIO 3/23/2009: Hiya everypuppy - my name is Lucy. I'm a 3 y/o 10# Yorkie girlie. Today my owner made a very difficult decision; she loved me enough to know that she just couldn't take care of me anymore. She sought out the help of UYR to find me a FURever home where my new mommy or daddy will love me just as much and be able to give me the things my former mommy couldn't anymore. I'm new to my Foster Mom's home, but here is what she says about me so far.....


Lucy is just adorable - she is a sweetheart, and loves everybody (including kids older than 10 y/o) and everypuppy.... but not kitties. She does NOT like kitties. Well, she does like them.....but....she likes to chase them! Oh, dear! She is housetrained to go on a wee-wee pad or outside. She doesn't bark much, and loves loves loves to run in our fenced-in back yard! She is very playful with the dogs in the home and also loves to play with toys. Her perfect home would be one in which there was another doggie companion close to her age and size to play with. Stay tuned for more info.
