Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet "Pearl"
Pearl is 22 weeks old and a precious gem! Her white fur is like the softest silk imaginable; Pearl's stunning looks match her STRONG personality.
Pearl you see had a rough start in life, luckily, our rescue was able to step in and take on her care. Pearl was bottle fed by her foster mom until she was able to eat on her own. The strength that Pearl needed to survive after being found alone at such a young age made her into the determined and sometimes strong-willed kitten that she is today. Pearl is extremely smart, very loving, will sit on your lap, sleep next to you on your pillow, and will follow you from room to room. As sweet as she can be, Pearl can also be very headstrong at times and likes to do things her way.
Pearl will need an experienced cat adopter who will be patient and willing to devote the time needed to teach Pearl how to refocus her energy and attention when she is being headstrong. With patience, consistency and proper discipline we believe Pearl can learn acceptable and non-acceptable behavior and be a loving joyous part of someone’s family. Pearl loves to jump high to catch a “birdie” at the end of a wand (this helps drain her high energy and refocus her brain. She will need daily exercise/playtime as an outlet for her energy) or sit peacefully and bird watch from the top of the cat tree on her foster mom’s screened in patio. She has been in a loving and nurturing hands-on foster home where proper behaviors are being reinforced. Reinforcement of acceptable behavior will be the key with Pearl!!
Pearl gets along very well with other kittens and adult cats; we do not believe she needs to be in a single cat home. We do strongly recommend that Pearl NOT be in a home with small children.
Please inquire on more information regarding Pearl if you are interested and we can discuss her needs and personality in more detail. We wish and want the best environment where Pearl can thrive and make a family very happy as well.
Our cats are fully vetted - spayed/neutered, all shots, combo tested and microchip! Adoption fee is $200 which includes transport.
