Louie is a Treat!
 
Louie is a Shih Tzu/Maltese mix...Maltese in body and face but with Shih Tzu coloring, and he's just adorable! Only around 4 years old, he is around 8 pounds of kinetic energy, and he's house trained! Louie's owner could no longer keep him but he has been well loved. He knows a few tricks, but this boy is all treat! He gets along well with other dogs...don't know about cats. Louie is very affectionate and will want to sleep with his person...and what a great cuddler he is, so get ready to rub that tummy! He has his own wire crate in which he likes to chill out. He is eating Blue Buffalo dry food with some canned Life's Abundance added. If you throw a ball, he will go get it! Louie likes to bark, but after a couple of days in a new place, he settles down and is much more relaxed, so if you can cut him a little slack in the beginning, he will become secure as he learns the ropes. And this boy is smart! It doesn't take him long to figure things out and accept a new routine. He is a lovely boy! Don't wait too long...Louie is sure to find a home very quickly, and if you want to that home, get that application in ASAP!
 
For the time being, he's having a good time in Chattanooga, TN.
