Meet Marley – she is a 5 year old Schnauzer mix. She is white and tan and weighs about 17 pounds.
Marley lived her younger years as a breeder dog until she was surrendered by her owner. That is the day her life began to change! Thanks to SRC she has blossomed into the dog she was supposed to be all along.
Marley is very sweet, but shy at first – until she feels comfortable in her surroundings. She is quiet and hardly barks. She gets along great with the other dogs in her foster home, and loves to romp and play. She hardly notices the cats!
She is crate trained and she keeps it clean and dry all day. She is working real hard on potty training and is just about there!! Marley is happiest lounging on the sofa at night with her person – and will be your little shadow where ever you go! She needs another dog as a companion and should live in a home with older kids (8-10 years)…the little ones just make her too nervous. She walks well on a leash, but should have a fenced yard.
Marley is spayed and up to date on vaccinations and she is micro-chipped. She is on heart worm and flea preventative. If you are looking for a new family pet fill out an adoption application with Marley’s name on it and someone from SRC will contact you.
Marley is being fostered in Indianapolis, Indiana - her adoption fee is $350.
