Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Willow, 10-month old female Rhodesian Ridgeback Mix (58 lbs). Willow is probably the happiest dog you will ever meet. Sure, she can’t walk a straight line but who cares? Once you meet her she’ll win you over in a heartbeat with her engaging personality, dazzling smile and goofy flopped ears. When you first take her out she is so excited it’s a little challenging to walk her but she eventually gets her legs in sync. Willow was born with this condition so does not know the difference, she likes to run and play and especially loves her stuffed toys. When she has them her smile can’t possibly get any bigger. You can see she is a bit uncoordinated but honestly she would probably not know what to do with four ‘regular’ legs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8J6kf_pMt5Q and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=li7zkNy6NOo. Her family raised her from a young pup and are heartbroken to give her up, but their landlord decided not to allow dogs in the home. They said she was great with children, dogs, but not sure about cats. Willow has meet several cats now that she is here in the PNW and ignores them for the most part- might give a sniff here and there but that is about it. Willow is a gem – life is good and she doesn’t have a care in the world. If only we could all be so appreciative of what we have and not worry about what’s missing. Play group yesterday https://youtu.be/E604a7MxKEk & https://youtu.be/AP-_pxR9SUo . Willow does need a home with a fenced in yard, preferably no stairs, she can kind of make it up but can not make it down, and carpet floors for the most part for traction. If you have room in your Heart and Home ask how you can take me home today. Willow's adoption fee is $250.00. The adoption fee includes spay/neuter, Heartworm testing, microchip ID, Vaccines including Rabies, lepto and influenza, flea treatment, general deworming, 30 days free pet insurance, courtesy veterinarian exam, and post adoption support!
