When you "Opt to Adopt" your ADOPTION PACKAGE INCLUDES:
-Pet that has been temperament tested
-Neuter/Spay
-Veterinary General Wellness Exam
-Vaccinations: Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella
-Blood testing for heartworms, ehrlichiosis, lyme and A Phagocytophilum disease
-De-worming for hook, round, whip and tape worms
-Teeth Cleaning if needed
-New ID Collar, slip leash and ID tags
-Microchip Placement and ID Tag
-Lifetime Registration of your Microchip with Avid microchip company.

Our Tax Deductible Adoption Donation varies between $150 and $250 for each pet. Ahimsa Rescue Foundation invests on average $200 per dog on medical, microchip and incidental care.

If you are interested in adopting a pet from Ahimsa Rescue Foundation please submit the on-line adoption application at www.ahimsarescuefoundation.org (an adoption application must be received to start the adoption process). Once an adoption application is received and approved a convenient time is set to meet and adopt the pet.
