Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mosey 2.0! Ever wonder what the hypothetical love child of Goofy and Tigger would look like? We can tell you, it's Mosey! Feral no more, he has embraced life in a home with a family. Once he knows he can trust you, you'll see the butt-wagging, bouncy, silly nature of Mosey. If you've seen him at an event, when he's calm, that because he's still afraid. Trust me, once he comes out of his shell, this guy is a total goofball! And at 30 pounds, he's the perfect size. We think he might have some "Duck Tolling Retriever" in him--look it up on Google!
He goes in his crate on demand and rarely has accidents in the house (he's a puppy, sometimes he gets excited). He loves kids! Hasn't been around cats much. But here's the thing, Mosey must be adopted into a home with other dog(s) that will play with him! Dogs are his comfort and his constant; they are all he knew his first six months. He loves people now, but at approximately 8 months old, it's vital for his development that he has at least one other dog at home to play with. Here's the best part: he's completely submissive! So if you've been unable to adopt another because of a grumpy dog, Mosey might be your guy!
*I am currently in the Pups for Parole training program. I will be available for adoption once I graduate in a few weeks, but you can apply for me now! Upon graduation, I will have all the basic training necessary to make a great companion. I will need a family willing to continue my training, I sure don't want to forget all that I'm learning!*
My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip! If you're interested in meeting/adopting me, please visit rescueonespringfield.com/adoption-application/ and fill out the form! We do adopt out of state with vet references and video home check. *Adopter is responsible for coming to get the dog and returning the dog if the adoption does not work out*

*Remember, dogs are pack animals. Because of this, Rescue One does not adopt to outdoor-only homes. Pets are family and are not disposable. Please make sure that you are 100% committed to a pet before considering adding one to your home.
