This dog needs to go to someone with alot of love to give. This is Misty. We don't know her real name so this is the name we gave her.

This poor dog has been chained to a tree for about 2 years straight - NEVER taken for walks, played with, or even taken in the house or garage on a severely cold night. Just left outside to howl 24/7/365. We THINK the dog is female, but are not certain. Weight is probably less than 70 pounds. We have no clue on how it would act with other dogs because she's basically been kept in solitary confinement. She will need an owner with time and love to teach her the ropes of being a dog. You can see by the pictures, she is very friendly. Are you that special person? Time is of the essence here! Please help!
