My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Magoo is an adult (born approx 5.5.13) neutered male Akita. He is on flea/heartworm prevention, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, house trained, crate trained, and leash trained. Magoo was found stray in Prince George County, MD. When he was found, he tested positive for Lyme disease, Ehrlichia, and heartworms. He is also partially blind. Other than that, he did not appear to be in bad condition; he was at s good weight, his nails were short, and no evidence of injury, skin problems, or fly damage. Magoo is slowly loosing his sight to Progressive Retinal Atrophy (PRA). He is a very handsome boy with a personality to match! He may do well with the right large female or as an only dog.
