Hello! My name is Willow. I am a 1 year 5 months old. I weigh 47 pounds and I couldn't be more excited about being your new furry friend. My owner had to surrender me, which was a hard thing for her to do, because she hit a personnel rough patch and could not care for me how she wanted to any longer. I do not blame her, she loved me enough to let me go so I could find a home that could. I am a wonderful dog that is sweet and loving. I learn very quickly. I know sit, lie down, leave it and wait. I try really hard to stay but sometimes the ants in my pants get the best of me! I walk better with a front clip harness then I do on a collar and leash. I do know my name and come when I am called- even though I do sometimes turn that into a game. I do get along with other dogs (sometimes play gets a bit rough) and children. My BFF sleeping buddy was a cat, so if you have one that thinks it is a dog, we can perhaps be BFF's too. I do bark at people when they come into my home but as soon as they acknowledge me, they are my new BFF. I do get a bit anxious from time to time so I need a hug or two, but then don't we all. I am crate trained and probably better off staying that way if I am alone to long because I do like to chew on blankets, toys and paper. I am also known to help myself to your dinner if it is left unattended on the coffee table, it is just to hard to resist when it is right there! I have a bit of a sensitive stomach so my last mom fed me Blue Buffalo for Sensitive Tummies. I love Kongs filled with Peanut butter so maybe that is a way you and me can work on that habit. Did I mention I would love to have a yard to play in, and I love going hiking, jogging and swimming and hanging out at the beach and take turn running in the surf.
