Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Beorna is a 2.5 year old spayed female Lab/Chow mix. She is high energy and can be stubborn, but she is very smart and affectionate, as well.. She loves to cuddle, as well as play tug, chase and wrestle with other dogs and play fetch. Soft frisbees, tennis balls, and soft toys are among her favorites, but she will play with almost anything.
Beorna (whose namesake is a character from the Hobbit), needs solid boundaries and is still learning, but she is smart and wants to please. At 6 months old, our paths crossed when I saw her running through the neighborhood on a freezing day 2 winters ago. She was scared enough to growl at me when she first came in the door, but she warmed up quickly..
Beorna acts like a Lab, so she can be stubborn. She also likes to play the clown, including escaping and snatching.. She does well with other dogs, although she can be a bit pushy, because she loves to play so much and is so strong.
Beorna is completely house-trained. She loves kids but may accidentally knock down very small ones. If cats are an issue, I can work with her to adapt to them.
Beorna is spayed, micro-chipped, entirely house-trained and UTD on shots.
Beorna's adoption fee is $100.00.
