My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

06/23/18 Cesar was first found as a stray by a friend of the shelter. He was limping badly so he was taken to a vet. They advised that he has a torn ACL. He owner did come to claim him but after careful consideration decided to surrender Cesar to us. He will go in for surgery on July 10th. He will need to stay very quiet for about 3 months.
