My story

"HULA" is an incredibly lovely, sweet, "pocket Lab" we rescued. Hula's owner had a stroke and Hula was left behind at the house. A good Samaritan reached out to us to save her.
Hula is a cuddler, sweetly outgoing, and exceptionally loving. A very, very easy girl to fall in love with & be around. Eager to please & bond , Hula would be amazing for an older adult or a family with children. Hula would be a superb asset as a visiting therapy dog for children &/or seniors. Hula is also fun, and loves the company of other dogs, but could also easily be an only dog in a household. Hula has not been cat tested, but based off her extremely gentle personality, would probably get along fine with cats and they to her.
Hula is spayed, fully vaccinated, de-wormed, on monthly heart-worm preventative, house-trained and crate trained. This rescue does not administer it's own vaccination shots. All of our rescued dogs' medical care has been administered by a licensed Veterinarian. All of our rescued dogs have been on a nutritional regime which includes high quality food and supplements (ex., pro-biotics; vitamins, etc). This is done to bolster their immune systems and overall health; the result benefits their adoptive family with a pooch who has a lustrous coat, bright shiny eyes, and happy and healthy disposition.
