Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Our biggie boy, Mat, was rescued from The Stark County Dog Warden and is a middle aged, well-behaved Pit Bull.
It is estimated that Mat is about 5 years of age.
He is dog friendly, crate/house trained, working on his leash manners, and is such a smart boy, willing and eager to learn and please. He knows the basic commands, sit, paw(shake), and down.
Mat is currently going through heartworm treatment, but is looking for his foster-to-adopt home. During the foster to adopt period, the rescue covers all of his medical expenses, provides a crate, food, supplies, and everything else that you would need to care for him until he is medically cleared to be adopted.
Mat just really wants a safe. stable, loving home to recover in until he can be medically cleared for adoption.
