Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I'm Axle! I was surrendered by the only family I have been with since I was a puppy because they said I kept escaping over the chain linked fence, however my vet notes from 2017 stated they tried surrendering me then, because they were moving. The truth is, I really do not understand why I was surrendered and now do not have a permanent home. At my current foster parents house, I do not try to escape when they are hanging outside with me, however I do have some ups and could jump over the chain linked if I get distracted by something. If you do have a chain linked fence, we will just need to add some extensions onto it to prevent me from hopping over. I am a sweet boy and love snuggling behind your legs when we sleep, however I do know how to go on my own dog bed my foster parents want to sleep without pups on their bed.. I think they are crazy when they do this but I follow the rules. I play really well with my foster siblings and love to bay with my hound foster brother (only have been caught on camera because I do not bark in front of people) and chase my foster sister around the yard. I am great being left out and do not have accidents or am destructive. I love looking out the windows but my favorite thing is getting pets and snuggling with my foster humans.
