Hi- I'm Bandit! I have purr-sonality plus! I am such a lucky guy to be rescued by ADVOCATES 4 ANIMALS. I am approx. 2 yrs young, neutered and vetted. I love people. I love to play. I love to snuggle. I prefer to sleep in bed with you and to be able to be in your lap when you are on the couch, etc. I love to stretch out and get belly rubs too. I am a happy boy with LOTS of love to share!
My life started out pretty tough. I was seized by police (animal abuse case)-- that's how I made my way to A4A. When I arrived at A4A I was terribly injured...I had been badly attacked and had incredibly deep wounds covering my face and neck. The vet did not think I could heal they were so bad. I had multiple surgeries and it was a long journey. Then, it was discovered that because of the terrible wounds I had that had been left untreated prior to rescue, I had a blood infection which caused me crippling pain and I nearly died. The vet's didn't know what to do...until we finally discovered a miracle treatment and I made a full recovery! I do walk with a slight limp on my front leg now because of all I've been through...but it is truly a miracle that I lived through all of it-- and it's all thanks to A4A! I have no ongoing health issues and I am a happy go lucky boy with a big personality. I want to find a loving FOREVER home that will treat with me nothing but kindness & respect and that will let me sleep in bed with them, cuddle with them, play with lots of cat toys and just be my happy self. I also want a forever home that will understand my past and all I endured. I was adopted once from A4A -- for only a few days, before the people decided they didn't want a cat and returned me - through no fault of my own. So, next time I'm adopted I want to be extra sure it's a FOREVER home and not someone adopting on impulse. I have SO MUCH love to share and will be a great addition to any happy home!
