Sylvester will need an understanding home. He lost his leg due to a gunshot. He loves being pet and when you are comfortable with you will allow belly rubs.
Loud noises still spook him, he totally hides when he hears children.
Hoping that someone out there will be willing to give him the time he will need to get comfortable in a new setting
