Athos may seem like a BIG name for a little dog but Zeus knocked that “Holy Mountain” to the ground, which is just like me: near the ground and overflowing with exuberant energy and JOY!

I’m super friendly, love walks and jumping up to connect with you. It might be good if you don't have very young children. I wouldn’t intentionally hurt them, but I really am quite active and like to jump on people so my exuberance might scare them.

I haven’t barked yet, but I still communicate with something lower pitched than a whine and shorter than a bark. I'll definitely let you know what I want but I am not yappy.

I definitely enjoy a good roll in the grass but not as much as belly rubs…belly rubs are the best! After all, I’m the essence of pure love bug. I’ll even let a stranger pick me up and cuddle while we’re walking in the park.

Once adopted in my own home, I’ll likely be calmer. Still friendly, joyful, slender and up for a good hike, but calmer. Though I’m light enough to carry in a designer bag if you’re not the outdoorsy type.
