My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Zappa is a 2 year old Blue Merle Standard Aussie. He is the epitome of Velcro Aussie ? Zappa is still learning what being a dog is all about, so a dog friend around his size (between 30-50lbs) is ideal. He needs a human that can spend time with him. He is happy to hang out wherever you are. Zappa is a thinker. He's paying attention and surveys every thing. Zappa will require a special home with a dog savvy human who can continue to build his trust and stimulate his brain. No small children at this time but a calm respectful teen may be okay. He has a couple of things that it important his human family understands in working with him. His foster mom would be happy to explain these more. He is house and crate trained, dog and cat friendly. Zappa is neutered , up to date on vaccines and on flea and tick prevention and microchipped. Adopters must be close enough to Oklahoma City, OK so that Zappa's foster can provide continued support as he adjusts to his new home.
