Welcome to Katie's Roadside Rescue! We are an animal rescue with the primary mission of saving dogs that have been dumped in the country or by the side of the road to fend for themselves.

Nala is a small sweet girl that wants love but won't accept it yet. She is still scared but watches everything closely and is coming closer. She likes to play and romp with her mom Nancy. I don't know her story other than she was found under a rural bridge with her mom and sister and they stayed in the same spot for a week before rescue was notified. Nala took a few days longer to be trapped then the other two. She has ventured up on the deck but has not came inside. Nala really needs someone who has some time and patience to work with her and gain her trust. She is just precious and needs her furever family that will love her and work with her.
