Jodie is a 5 year old chihuahua mix. She is a very well behaved little lady, with the most adorable personality you will ever meet.
Jodie is a relentless cuddle bug! Jodie aggressively cuddles, whether it be naptime, bedtime, or just watching TV. This is not limited to napping; bedtime in the human bed (under the covers) is mandatory for her. During the day, Jodie’s normal routine is to find a cozy, warm spot to nap, and occasionally playing with her foster siblings. She has a mild energy level, and would do well with children of any age. Jodie is also quiet in nature, so being in apartment is no issue.
Jodie is a very a smart girl, and graduated in honors from housetraining! At nighttime, Jodie can sleep in a crate with no problems, but will be very stubborn about sleeping in bed with her humans. No worries-she is a heavy sleeper, and will stay in the same spot all night long.
Despite Jodie’s good looks, and incredible smarts, she suffers from seizures. With that said, she must be on medication the remainder of her life. Currently, she is being treated by a fantastic vet, and has shown great progress with her current medication. Since her current course of treatment, she has remained seizure free. Overall, Jodie is a precious girl, and would love the chance to be loved, and be a forever member of your family.
