Billy is a friendly and outgoing 3 month old boy! He is definitely a lap cat in the making as he loves to be held and snuggle. 

He and his sister Betsy the brown tabby entertain each other and keep their foster mom laughing all day.  They would love to be adopted together, and 2 kitties are always better than one as they keep each other company and wear each other out so everyone gets to sleep at night! :)
