My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nugi was rescued from a horrible animal market in Kuwait a few short weeks ago and made her way to the US last week! She's vet checked, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and will be spayed before adoption. She's cat safe, loves other dogs (prefer she go to a home with other sighthounds), and takes a minute to warm up to people but does love snuggles once she knows you.

Like most Salukis, Nugi is not very food motivated and will require someone who has experience with the breed and how to keep them secure. Six foot fence is required.

Nugi comes from a pretty bad place where kindness was something she never experienced. She's going to require patience, kindness, and a lot of love to show her that the world is a kind place. She's never lived in a home until she came to us yesterday so she's still trying to figure out exactly what takes place in here and what behaviors are acceptable.

Nugi will only be adopted locally in North Carolina and will not be available for travel. If you live in the triad/triangle area and are interested in meeting Nugi, please reach out to us.
