My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Foster pup Ava is a beautiful 40 lb Beauceron Mix with Merle Markings. She is spayed and UTD. She is very sweet and loves to snuggle and will give kisses for belly rubs. She is housebroken. She does great with her foster brother who is medium sized and submissive. She is good with kids once she has been introduced and has time to settle in. She was an outside dog before being rescued by ASF. She loves to chew on her bones, toys and needs to be redirected from chewing on things she's not supposed to but she does correct well. She can jump over doggie gates. She is very cautious around men and it takes her awhile to warm up to them.I'm sure she has good reason. She Likes to go on walks, but does get scared when meeting new people and dogs. Ava's ideal Furever home will need a fenced in backyard and someone who is home a lot and can patiently work with her and continue her obedience training. She is crate trained and is working on leash training. She loves being with you and currently sleeps in the bedroom either on the bed or on the floor by the bed. She does like to steal your shoes or her foster brother's toys and bones. She will make her new family a very loyal companion.
