BACKGROUND: Rafael was found over a month ago at a park. Efforts to find his owners were unsuccessful. His finders placed him with BTRGH in order to find him the best forever home. Rafael is a big, stunningly handsome boy.

ADOPTION INFO: Rafael's adoption fee is $350.00, which includes all vaccinations, neuter, heartworm test, deworming and any other care received while in rescue.
