My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Good evening. The name is Axel, Sir Axel to you. I am a knight in shining armor waiting for a damsel (or dude) in distress. I am embarrassed to say I found myself locked in the dungeon (they called it a shelter, hah!) I was broken out by a lass with Chewy’s Hope who told me they would find me a new castle and royal family to protect.

I am a handsome fellow around 3 to 4 years old. I was a little sick with worms in my heart (ugh!) but all of that has been taken care of and I’m ready for duty once again. I am very confident in myself and my abilities to take care of my family so I don’t really need help.

If you insist, I prefer none of those small yappy court jesters and I prefer my princess or prince to be a older so I don’t have to worry about knocking them down, as I am quite a large fellow. As I am such a confident fellow, I will need a king or queen to handle my confident personality. I am pretty capable of taking care of things myself.

I do also enjoy this thing they call jogging. I can get my exercise and keep my royal person safe at the same time. If you want your very own knight in shining armor and think you are king or queen enough for me, please submit an application and I will take a look at it. If I approve, you will be hearing from me. You will have to excuse me now. I believe there’s a highway bandit I need to apprehend.
