Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We adopt only in the Greater St. Louis Area. No exceptions.
Meet our little Violet. Isn't she a doll? Violet is four years old and was very shy when we got her. She was never a house dog, but rather ran with a large pack on a farm. She was used as a breeder dog. Well, those days are over! Although very house and people shy when we got her, her foster family has done a wonderful job with little Miss Violet. She loves her bed, her walks, running around the garden, and chasing squirrels. She does wonderful with the resident dogs in her foster home. She is enjoying the good life. And she is happy to show you with a kiss on your hand.
We require a fenced yard for Violet. She loves playing in her yard. Violet would do fine with another friendly smaller dog. Depending on the dog of course. No children under ten yeas old. She is crate trained and house trained. She is up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, and spayed. Although a move to a new home may set her back, with proper attention, she will do great. For more information, contact claireelizabeth@petssecondchance.org or call 314-422-2350. An application, interview, and home visit is required.
