My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Preston - this boy is from Guadalajara, Mexico and was found with burns all over his body, probably from hot water, all of his fur grew back and despite what he went through is so very loving. He loves to play with other dogs, especially little ones. He also loves people. His eye was damaged when he was rescued and a vet in Mexico has looked at it and we will have it looked at again when he arrives - but they tell us he is not blind and he does have a blue film that comes and goes. His eye and this blue film does not bother him or cause him any discomfort - He is instead a very happy dog who is always smiling.
He's around a year old, is a black lab and is around 50 lbs.
Overall the rescue in Mexico says he's a calmer boy and does great in the car. He is sweet to everyone he meets and does not jump on strangers.
He flies to Portland on May 26th.
