My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Harley is almost the perfect dog! He looks just like a Labradoodle with wirey hair, but he does shed. (Keeping him trimmed short helps). He is the world's most lovable guy and he is just as good with other dogs and cats. He is great even with small dogs - his former friend was a Min Pin. Harley is also great with children & lived successfully with 2 young ones! He is housebroken and has always been a house dog. He can be crated at night, although he prefers sleeping in bed with you. He is also a wonderful car rider. He likes sitting in the passenger side, but will stay in the back if you insist. Harley weighs about 70 lbs and is 8 years old. Harley has recently been diagnosed with diabetes. He requires a shot (which he is very good taking) in the morning and one in the evening. He gets 20 units of insulin each time. He is also on a vet prescribed dry food called C/D because it has less sugar. He eats well and likes it. We'd be happy to discuss him with you. We'd like to restrict his adoption to the midwest so that he could come back if the adoption didn't work out or he had to be given up in the future.
