Loving home needed for affectionate, middle age (~4/5 yr old) female German Shepherd. Luna came from a situation where the owner had too many dogs, was overwhelmed & neglectful. She has a hormonal condition that has caused extensive coat loss. We have identified the problem & she is on medication. Her coat is very slowing coming back. Luna is a large GSD, tipping the scales @ 90 lbs, clearly she is going to be a real beauty once her coat recovers. Luna is great with people and has good energy. She is OK with some, but not all other dogs (she DOES NOT like other females). She needs a home with a large fenced yard to run in & an active foster/owner that will provide physical and mental exercise for her daily. She is current on vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped & is spayed. PLEASE NOTE: Vet check and fenced yard required. NO calls please, email only. Adoption Donation: $150.
