My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Beau is a charming 8 month old red doberpup. This busy boy is sweet as can be but he can be slightly demure when meeting new people and does best when able to approach on his own. He can be unsure in new places and experiencing new things but with patience and gentle encouragement he quickly gains confidence and is full speed ahead! Beau, like all youngsters, will need consistent monitoring in the home until he matures. He is crate trained and does well crated for appropriate amounts of time. Beau is polite with food and takes treats gently. He is a smart pup and a quick learner, and responds very well to positive reinforcement and training techniques. Beau gets along nicely with other dogs and is cat friendly in his foster home. He rides nicely in the car and is fairly well behaved when out and about, but of course needs continued work on leash manners. Beau is an adorable youngster that will thrive with dog experienced owners that understand the needs of a doberpup including consistent daily exercise and expectations.
