My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Juno is a stunning, 2.5 year-old, spayed female spaniel mix who is up for adoption! She is a sweet and affectionate girl who can be quite fearful. She was adopted into a family for a number of months but, although they loved her, they found she was unable to adjust into an active, family home with loud noises. Juno spent much of her time separate from the family when they were home so they finally made the difficult decision to surrender her back to the rescue in the sincere belief she would be happier in a different environment. Having gotten to know Juno well over the past months, we now understand she requires a home with a female, perhaps who has another dog who can offer her some support and guidance. Her new person would need to spend time developing her confidence and bringing her out of her shell at home. She would do well with a large fenced yard where she can run around and play. She is truly happy when out for walks and running free in a safe area. She is good with cats and loves other dogs. She is a very kind and gentle pup and will bond well in the right situation.
