My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nala is a sweet and soft purring machine. She is mellow and loves to cuddle in your lap.

We saved Nala from the municipal shelter where she landed when her owner got sick and could no longer care for her.

Nala has been fully vetted and she is super healthy. She should lose a pound or so, and we are working on that, but that's her only issue. She weighs about 13lbs and should probably weigh 11-12lbs. No big deal - we all need to shed some pounds this spring!

Nala does not have any handling issues. She is even great at the vet! She doesn't mind her nails trimmed or her blood taken. She sits there like a pro and just continues to purr. We think she just loves all the attention, whatever it is. She is a genuine love sponge!

Nala is 6-7 years old. She can live with kids any age, other cats or even a small dog or two as long as they are mellow and non-confrontational.
