Teddy is a super friendly and loving poodle-bichon mix, he is about 8 years old. We adopted him from Animal Rescue in 2016. He has a sensitive tummy and will get sick if he eats anything besides his regular dog chow. While Teddy is very laid back and a joy to be around, he really suffers anytime he is alone and his separation anxiety can become problematic for the home and his health. We were able to manage this when we had several roommates and someone was home nearly all of the time, but now he is alone with his owner who works up to 9 hours a day and this is much too much for Teddy, or his owner, to handle. Teddy would do very well in a home with a large family or in an elderly home. He connects very well with all people, he is very calm around other animals (cats and dogs) and very loving and friendly with children, women, and men alike. He loves to sit in laps and cuddle. He is hypoallergenic and does not shed, he loves bath time, and his toys. Not a barker.
