Kelpie was a stray picked up and dumped in a high kill shelter in TX, She is approximately 3 yrs old, she is full of life, loves to play, she is gentle, very very loving, loves kids, wants to be near her humans, she loves giving kisses, she has a way to make people feel calm and relaxed, has the personality to be a service dog, emotional support dog. She is very very smart, learns commands easy, leash trained, fully vetted, and ready to find her forever family.
