Teddy is an incredibly shy, loveable guy who just needs a little time to come into his own. The world has been very cruel to this poor boy. He LIGHTS UP when small male dogs are around, and loves his crate time. He is quiet, and sweet - and simply needs someone to prove that not all humans are mean!
