Maggie is a delightful young girl who is very very VERY active and is best suited for a sports (agility and/or herding) home. She is not a hang-out companion-style BC. She is 18 months old, and has lots of toy drive. Can you Tug?! She is also treat motivated, and is very willing to please: She WANTS to follow your rules! So, if you want an agility and herding dog, please contact us about Maggie! If you would like a companion dog, please contact us as well because we have those available too (just not Maggie).

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
Our adoption process helps a homeless Border Collie find a forever home while enriching your life with a special new family member! We would love to answer questions about a particular Border Collie, but we need to know some information also!
Our process includes:
1. Filling out our application. Please go to this link: Buckeye BC Rescue Home Page 2. Meeting with a BBCR volunteer in your home.
3. Discussing potential dogs and setting up an adoption visit.
4. Adopting a great Border Collie that is suited for your environment and needs!
Please be patient! This process does take some time!
Our Border Collies listed on our website are just a representative sample of the dogs BBCR has
in its program at this time. Some may still be in the evaluation process and not posted yet. If you are interested in adopting a Border Collie from BBCR and don't see the dog that interests you, please fill out
an application.
All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm negative and on preventative. There is no facility that is open with set hours. Our Border Collies are fostered in our homes where they are evaluated for general health and temperament. Our fee is usually $220 - $250 (may be higher in certain cases).
