This is River.  She's about 10 months old, she is spayed and up-to-date on her vaccines.  She gets along fine with other dogs.  She may end up being an alpha dog, but she is also still young enough to acclimate well with whatever situation she's put into.  She's also good with cats, but will likely chase a cat that runs (so if placed in a home with cats, they should familiar with dogs).  She's a bundle of energy, needs to lose a few pounds, so an active home is best.  She is wary of strangers and will take a few days to warm up to a new family and situation.  She has some basic obedience, but would really thrive in a home that plans on taking at least basic obedience classes.  If you are an *approved adopter, please contact iresqgsds@gmail.com .  She's being fostered outside Frederick, MD and is well worth the trip.
