06-01-16 - Update:

We are finding out that Zelda would do best as an only dog with a large fenced yard where she can run and play fetch with her humans. She is sweet and will alert you if someone is at the door. She is great with all people and although she gets along with the resident cat and dogs, she has had some trouble playing nice when introduced to new dogs. She has lost a good amount of weight and is now just on a maintenance diet. If you are an approved adopter and would like to meet her, please email me at sashbyvgsr@comcast.net

Zelda loves to play fetch and gets along great with dogs and dog savvy cats. She the perfect size, short and stout (she's on a diet so that part will change). Zelda loves being with her humans and will stay close by. She sleeps quietly through the night whether it's on your bed or hers. She is house trained and crate trained. Right now she is kenneled while we are at work but we are working with her so she can have run of the house while we are away. She came to us with the bad habit of sneaking food off of counters but we are working on that also.
