My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Perejila is a sweet and demure Chihuahua/Terrier mix. She seemed so very shy when we first rescued her from Mexico. So one of our wonderful foster families took her home and she started to transform. Although a little shy by nature, Perejila is a very happy, loving, playful and curious little dog. She loves affection and will soak up all you can give her, but not in an overly needy way. Perejila is good at entertaining herself and apparently is mesmerized by television:) She seems very smart and took to the house breaking routine right away. She’s still a little puzzled by the concept of a leash, but in time, with guidance and more exposure, Perejila is going to blossom in every way. She’s an adorable pup who will steal your heart.
