Have you dreamed of finding a cuddler with curly gorgeous locks, who will spend countless hours munching popcorn and watching Netflix? Well your search is over, your dream dog is here! Neo is the sweetest and most polite guy. Neo knows his manners, listens to commands (although they are in spanish) , and will cuddle at your every whim. This one really loves nothing more than to cuddle up beside you on the couch if you’ll let him! After all It is his JOB.!!
He is a youngish 3 years old and doesn’t look nor act his age. Neo loves going for walks and saunters, even if it is just to the mailbox and back. He's a pretty comfy boy and is just as happy to stay home for cuddles and naps. We have discovered that he will match his activity level to what his people are feeling up to! Good BOY Neo.!
He is quiet, agile, and will keep to himself when you’re busy or if he can't get a play going with one of his roomies. At the end of the day, Neo still loves nothing more than love and affection, and a belly rub or 100 of course!
Neo and his bunkmate /girlfriend Nata, are both incredibly smart and eager to please for a treat or a cuddle. Neo is a super fast learner, and with the right guidance from his folks, will make the perfect addition to any home.

We are a registered non profit society. All our dogs are vaccinated, sterilized and are fostered in homes with families.
NOBARS believes that a dog is best assessed for a new home environment by living in one!!!! Therefore we do not use kennels, but have a network of approved foster homes where our dogs can be properly assessed before being offered for rehoming. Our foster homes offer a varied range of experiences which means we can choose an appropriate foster home for each dog, but it also means our dogs are able to experience situations which are invaluable to owners looking to take on a new forever friend, such as children, cats and other dogs.
