My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bogart (Boggie) is looking for a forever home. He is an approximately 3 year old 65 pound mixed breed (we suspect pitbull/boxer/American Bulldog mix). Before being euthanized for time and space, he was saved from a high kill shelter in New Mexico. He is being fostered in Cheyenne, WY.

Boggie is smart and very eager to learn as he loves people. He is crate trained and loves walks and car rides. He is a very active guy who loves play time and running but then is also a professional napper. He will do best with an active owner and possibly another dog to play with. In his foster home he enjoys playing with other dogs and running alongside a bike or scooter with his foster dad. He has done well with other dogs so far, though we do recommend careful, supervised introductions as he is a powerful guy who has no idea how big he is! We do not recommend him for a home with cats or small animals. He is neutered, current on vaccines, dewormed, heartworm negative, and microchipped. He will be adopted out through Happy Landings Animal Rescue. Adoption application, contract, home check, and adoption fee is required. Please inquire if you think he may be the dog for you!
