Roussey had a very rough start. She was found roadside, starving, barely alive, and covered with mange. She has made an awesome recovery. She also has worked on becoming social. She is a really sweet dog. She tries to keeps her kennel as clean as she can at the shelter. She has experienced some tough times, she is now ready for a loving home!
