Comments: Rourke came in with three other small dogs whose owner has cancer. He is very sweet and kissable. When he first meets someone, he is incredibly shy and will hide if he can, but once he comes around, he’s a love. He has done well with the dogs in his foster home, but will not tolerate a dog being nasty to him. We are still getting to know these babies so check back for more details.
