My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bashful was given her name because she can be shy around people, but she is oh so sweet. She loves everyone she meets and she also does well with other dogs. She loves walks and lots of pets, kisses, and cuddles! We guess her to be somewhere between 2-4 years old, and she came to the rescue from another shelter in Tennessee. She is about 40lbs.

An approved adoption application is required. The $250 adoption fee (payable by cash only) includes spay/neuter; microchip; dental teeth cleaning (if needed prior to adoption); vaccinations; and heartworm testing. Dogs for adoption may be seen by appointment only following an approved application. Proof of completion of an obedience class is required for all dogs following adoption. Please note: while we welcome out of state applications, we do not ship our animals and require adopters to come to Holland to finalize any adoption.
