My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucas is a sweet little senior guy who is shy at first, but warms up to you with some time. He would do best in a quieter home. He walks well on a leash, however is a little unsure about going on walks. Lucas does not know what toys are, nor does he want to play. He prefers to be curled up relaxing most of the day in his bed. Lucas loves his blankets and makes them into a perfect circle and likes to lay in the middle of it. Lucas is fine with other dogs, however he does prefer to be with calmer, gentler dogs. He is afraid of dogs that chase/run. Lucas LOVES food and treats! He gets so excited when he knows he is getting something to snack on and runs around and zooms into his crate waiting for his treat. He also loves licking peanut butter out of a Kong toy. Lucas is house trained and sleeps in his kennel quietly at night, as long as he gets his bed time snack. If you are looking for a quiet, gentle, and sweet companion, Lucas would be the perfect fit!
