Lucian was brought to JACC on a neglect case. He is now ready to find his forever home. Lucian is heartworm positive and will need to be treated before he can be fully adopted. He is a big ball of love. He loves attention and being outside. Lucian will need just the right forever home with a family who will have patience with him and love him as much as he so greatly deserves.
